More photos from my sister's wedding

I've just uploaded more photos of my sister's wedding and included them in a new set on flickr. Click here to go straight to them.

Had a frustrating day today. Bought another tv ariel to try to get some better reception but it turned out to be worse! So put the other one back and will have to try to take the new one back to the shop. Hmmm... maybe tomorrow will be better...

A Rosy weekend

This weekend should be a quiet one, although we are going out Saturday morning to an event entitled, 'Are Fair Trade Roses Fair?'. It's being run by the Southampton Make Poverty History group. I'll tell you the answer to the question once I know it! We're running the Christian Aid table with lots of goodies on it. Other than that we need to keep sorting out the garage. i.e. moving boxes out, sorting them out, and then putting what we don't want out into the attic.

Plus, got to get ready for Steve and Julie coming down NEXT weekend. That means a MAJOR tidy up. Ha ha ha!

Censored!

Hmmm... not sure I can write what I want to write at the moment. I may have some major decisions to make in the next few weeks, but I can't really say anything until it's all sorted. It's very exciting though...

That's got you going. What can it be???

I'm still trying to sort out Laura and Iain's wedding photos, though I am making good progress. There's been a lot of red eye to take out on the indoor shots in the restaurant.

Well, that's it for now...

Autumn has started

Hi there,

It's been a while I know. We seem to have been so busy recently. I keep thinking of posting an update and then get distracted by something else - I think it's called life. Well, we went to three weddings during September, the first of course being my sister's and Iain's. they are now husband and wife and are living in their flat in Wandsworth. The second wedding was a friend of ours - Paula and her husband Dan. The wedding was in Romsey Abbey and the recption in a pub just outside the town. That was a lovely day, very laid back, and everyone had a great time. And then we finished of our month of weddings this weekend just gone. This time it was a friend of Steph's from Unievrsity, Clare. She was marrying Kevin. The reception was at Marwell. Not the zoo part though (kinda disapointing) but the hotel bit. The strange thing about that hotel that will stick with us - in the corridors were speakers playing quiet animal and bird noises. Hmmm...

Anyway, it seems that the beginning of October has also heralded the proper start of Autumn. Suddenly my winter jacket is out and the nights are getting darker. It'll get even worse when the clocks go back.

So, I still need to sort out some more photos from Laura and Iain's wedding. Hopefully I should have some time this weekend so look out for them!

Bye for now...
